WELCOME TO SUNRISE GARDENS!

Richly crafted home framed by 7 acres of forest and an orchard of fruit trees. Beautiful wood floors and french doors opening to a rose scented patio.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with queen bed featuring a private deck with ocean views and great star viewing, perfect for morning coffee. A bunk bedroom and the bathroom are also on this floor.

Sleeps eight.

Main floor is devoted to open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Kitchen has a beautiful farm style sink. Six burner gas stove. Fridge has freezer with ice-maker.

An attached studio houses two other bedrooms, both with double beds.

Ample flat ground for tents. There are no bears, cougars, raccoons. squirrels or skunks on Hornby Island to worry about.

Water is wonderful, clean, well water stored in cisterns and must be used sparingly. Bathroom has an indoor composting toilet. Do not be afraid of our composting toilet, it has almost no odor if used properly and is ecologically sound. Ours is sanitary and beautiful.
BBQ provided.
Outdoor firepit: use briquettes only, *no wood fires at any time in outside firepit*.

Price Description
  Sunrise Gardens is available for rental all year.
During July and August rentals are by the week only @$1500.00 per week.

Weeks run Sunday 4 pm check-in to Sunday 10 am check-out.

During the rest of the year the rate is $150/night with a two night minimum.

Half of rental fee due at time of booking with the balance due 14 days before arrival date.

Cancellation policy allows for a full refund of deposit, minus a 20% service charge if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the date of stay.

Additional Comments
  Bed linens are provided. Guests to bring enough bath & beach towels & clothing to last the entire week. Laundry facilities are not included in the rental.

Dogs are permitted on a leash to prevent them from running dear and baby fawns. Dogs must be picked up after. Dispose dog waste into the forest, do not put into garbage or composters. Outdoor hammock big enough for two.

Smoking permitted outside only . Dispose responsibly into shell ashtrays & labeled can provided. Do not dispose of butts into indoor or outdoor garbage. Fire Hazard.
