Price Description
	The Spray Point beach house is now taking bookings for Summer 2010. The weeks are from Sunday at 4PM to Sunday at 10AM. 2010 rent: $2,950/week, Sunday to Sunday $400 deposit due upon arrival $500 cancellation fee up to April 1 only, after, forfeit full deposit. September 5, 2010 onward, $2,400/week or prorated per day. Minimum 2 night stay. Use of half the house, 4 people or less, $1,500/week or prorated per day. Minimum 2 night stay. Reservations from November, 2009 through May 2010 subject to availability between retreat weekends.
