Phipps Point is an unique waterfront experience. At high tide the ocean laps on the sandy beach 30 feet from the deck. The ocean then exposes miles of tide pools and fossils at low tide.
Three connected caravan style cabins: one cabin is the kitchen /living room and has a single bed. 2nd cabin is the main bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom. The third smaller cabin with a double bed. This secluded cabin is on 3 acres with 900 feet of waterfront. An absolutely spectacular setting, with nothing like it anywhere else on Hornby. The ultimate in privacy. Outside dog only with prior arrangement. BBQ.
