A Designer house on a 2 acre treed lot located between Tribune Bay and Whaling Station Bay. 16 foot vaulted ceilings, skylights and many windows bring the outside indoors. Kitchen with stove, fridge with freezer, etc. 2 private sleeping lofts, one with a queen, the other with 3 singles. With two bedrooms and 2 private sleeping lofts, Hornby Hideaway accommodates 8 persons. Area around the house is grassy and sunny. 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top). 2 big decks, BBQ and wood burning stove.
A Designer house on a 2 acre treed lot located between Tribune Bay and Whaling Station Bay for rent by the week for spring , summer and fall months. The house was recently renovated, it has 2 new bedrooms, new bathroom, kitchen and appliances. It has also 2 separate sleeping lofts.

The house is very bright and clean with lots of windows and skylights, vaulted ceiling, 2 big decks, BBQ and wood burning stove. It has full privacy and can't be seen from the road.

Sleeping accommodations include:

2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top).

2 private sleeping lofts, one with a queen, the other with 3 singles.

Bathroom accommodations include:

1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. An outdoor shower for washing away beach sand.

Price Description
  The rates are:
June 5 - June 26 @ $900 / week
Aug 28 - Sep 4 @ $1,450 / week
Sep 4 - Oct 2 @ $900 / week


For rentals during June, July, August and September, we ask that half of the rental fee be paid at the time of reservation. The balance is due on June 1.

OFF SEASON RATES

$150 / night, minimum 3 night
Weekly rate: $900

For off season rentals we ask that half of the rental fee be paid at the time of reservation, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the reservation date.

  The perfect place to relax and play, Hornby Hideaway is available for weekly rentals from June through to September. This bright and open design home is situated on a 2 acre treed lot located between the two main sandy beaches on Hornby Island, Tribune Bay and Whaling Station Bay. The closest beach access is 300 meters away. While the trees maintain privacy from the road, the area around the house is grassy and sunny.

The property is smoke-free and tent-free.

Unfortunately, indoor and outdoor fires are not permitted May – October due to extreme fire hazard in the region.

There is accommodation for up to 2 families, maximum 8 people.
