You'll enjoy the cozy bedroom with private sunroom, and the bright, airy great room which combines living room, eat-in kitchen, and second sleeping area. Just a 10-minute walk to Sandpiper Beach. Sleeps 4 to 6. (May be rented with adjacent house which sleeps 8.)

Arbutus Cottage is a comfy, sunny, private nest cradled by verdant vegetation, a bountiful country garden and a soothing little pond.

Artsy and bright, the cottage features:
* One bedroom with queen-size bed, looking out to sunroom and garden.
* One small double bed and one single bed in the spacious living room.
* One double futon-bed in the loft (accessible by ladder).
* Bathtub with shower attachment; flush toilet (in addition to traditional Hornby compost toilet).
* CD player and TV/VCR for watching videos.
* Patio deck under the luxuriant grapevine canopy, for socializing, sharing a meal or just relaxing.
* Deluxe gas BBQ, wicker chairs & small tables for meals outdoors.
* Cooking facilities: RV stove, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender pots, pans, plates, glasses, mugs, silverware & standard kitchen utensils.
* For those wanting to rough it a bit, there is also a funky trailer with two single beds next to the cottage. This could be fixed up to accommodate two older kids, or intrepid smaller-sized adults. Available by prior arrangement.
