We are offering the perfect environment for an extended family or two families(maximum 8 occupancy.) Situated just one block from Grassy Point, each completely renovated home sleeps four comfortably in an atmosphere focused on bringing the outdoors into your living experience.

House Features:
* 1700 sq feet
* spacious living and dinning area
* modern kitchen
* stepdown, 400sq ft entertainment area with double futon
* downstairs bath, flush toilet
* upstairs master bedroom with ensuite tiled bath, flush toilet
* wrap-around decks wood stove, propane and baseboard heat

We also have a cottage:

* cozy dining and living area opens on to landscaped patio and gardens

* 2 bedrooms upstairs with balcony off master bedroom

Rates and Availability:
These prices reflect the best value of renting the house and cottage together.

Peak Season July & August - $1500 weekly.
Shoulder Season June & Sept - $1200 weekly.
Off Season October through May: Please inquire for dates/rates

In addition, the House and Cottage can also be rented separately during the off season, September through June. Please inquire for dates/rates.

Secure dates with $100 deposit on Visa or Mastercard. 50% of total amount payable by cheque within two weeks of booking. Remaining 50% due by May 15.

  There are 2 mountain bikes and a kayak available for the use of our guests.

Additional Comments

  Because of water issues, we encourage guests to bring linens and towels. Beds are queen size. Linens and towels are available for an additional $25 per bed.

Hornby Island is a Water Conservation Zone. Guests are expected to limit shower time and water use.
