This charming cedar Panabode home is situated on a private 1 acre lot on Seawright Road. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people, with a full master ensuite and a 4- piece main bathroom. There is  and separate dining room and an eat-in kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, etc. There is a large living room. The house has 3 bedrooms (master has queen bed, the other 2 have double beds). Master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
This charming cedar Panabode home is situated on a private 1 acre lot on Seawright Road, just 1.5 km from the Co-op, the Ringside Market and Tribune Bay Provincial Park.

The front of the property is a stand of lovely mature trees, with the house situated in an open area to welcome the sun: a beautiful spot to relax with a book, or visit with friends.

The house has 3 bedrooms (master has queen bed, the other 2 have double beds) and can comfortably accommodate 6 people, with a full master en suite and a 4- piece main bathroom.

There is a large living room; separate dining room, and eat-in kitchen equipped with stove, fridge and all dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils that you might need.

There is also a gas barbecue if you wish to cook outside.

Price Description

  The house is available year-round.
During the summer the house rents by the week.

The rate is $1400/week in the summer.
The rest of the year the rate is $850/week or $125/night.

Area Attractions

  You will be a short 5 minute walk to access the west side of Tribune Bay and a beautiful walk from there to Little Trib and the big beach, or head the other direction to Dunlop Point and Sandpiper Beach . Bring your bikes to explore this wonderful island. We welcome your four-footed best friends, with approval.

No camping is allowed on the lot.

We have a limit of 6 people.

No smoking on the property.

Water considerations: summer water shortage on the island, so please conserve.
